HOW IT WORKS:
Simple. You provide the following:
The name(s) of who will receive the letter and their mailing address
The pet's name, type of pet, and whether they were male or female
Pick the letter version that's appropriate for the recipient(s): English/Spanish, and if they're under the age of 6
If ordering a "Pet Angel" photo or photo charm, provide ONE (1) quality, high- resolution picture
Select the size of Pet Angel photo, B& W photo or color version (NOTE: Pet birds and fish will not have angel wings. Their photos will be enhanced with a heavenly glow.)
SUBMIT your order
Finally, make a payment via VENMO OR ZELLE. Only orders that have been paid for will be processed.
For that special touch, all letters and Heaven Sent Pets products are sent by mail to the address provided. Allow 3-5 business days for order processing and, once mailed, for standard first class USPO delivery which generally is 5 business days
