Frequently Asked Questions

  • It’s easy. Click on the “Create a Custom Birthday Keepsake” button to access our Order Form.

    Simply enter your information, including the birthday card recipient’s full name and mailing address, plus the pet’s name. You’ll also be asked to upload a photo, so we can create the portrait.

  • Select a Birthday card style that best fits what you want— Happy Birthday Mom! or Happy Birthday Dad!

    Because you will be asked to submit a photo of your pet, you can only order one (1) card per form to avoid any confusion.

    Right now, we offer two (2) different card styles, but more will be coming soon.

  • Provide one (1) quality, high-resolution photo of the pet.

    Photo Tips:
    • Make sure the photo is clear, front-facing, and a close-up of the pet’s face
    • Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, PDF, and HEIC
    • Maximum file size: 5 MB

  • The card is 5×7 vertical, and comes with an envelope.

    Each card style has a coordinating message written on the inside.

    The pet portrait is 4×6, and removable. Making it perfect for framing!

  • There is no shipping cost when purchasing a birthday card. Postage is included.

  • We accept credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle payments.

    If you opt to use Venmo or Zelle, complete and submit your order form, then pay using our Venmo Business account @heavensentpets or via Zelle using our mobile number (818) 288-8181 to complete your purchase.
